Jeanne's Liver Transplant Expense

Feb. 3,2012 was the day my life changed forever. Suffering from an UTI infection and under Dr.s care I was prescribed an antibiotic called Macrobid. For several days I took the antibiotic and Tylenol for pain and fever. As the pain in my back increased other issues began to present themselves and an ambulance was called. As I drifted in and out consciousness Im thinking I must be passing a kidney stone to only find out that I was in acute kidney failure and liver failure. Some how the Macrobid antibiotic and Tylenol destroyed my Liver and permanently damaged my kidneys. The Transplant Dr. said at best I had maybe a window of 72 hours to find a Liver that matched and met the right criteria's. February 5,2012 Super Bowl Sunday at 4 am my husband and family were told that a perfect match was found. By 11 am I was in surgery receiving this truly perfect matched miracle, that would now be my new liver. Im truly amazed that God found me worthy enough for this miracle and a second chance in life.

God is so Good! He has made me a trophy of His Healing Grace! Im so very thankful for each new day. Life is fleeting, Gods love is Eternity!!!!!
