Legal Fees for Legal Guardianship

We are in a desperate race to raise some funding to help with our upcoming court date to obtain Permanent Kinship Legal Guardianship for Zoey. You may not know but, in New Jersey there is no permanant custody or Grandparents rights. This is our only option. Her mother is out of prison and fighting us for custody. You all know that we have had Zoey since she has been 7 months. She is our world. If everyone of my FB friends donated just $10.00 to this cause we would meet our quota. The funds may exceed the estimated cost, but that is for starters. If there is any money left over, we will put it directly towards Zoey's education. My son, Blake wants his daughter as much as we do in our family. The situation is tragic, but more importantly Zoey's well being is at stake. We need her to stay with us.
