Medical Crisis

My wife Donna and I have been married for almost 30 years. Over the last 4 years my health has steadily declined. I have end stage renal failure requiring dialysis 3 days a week, I am legally blind and have heart problems. I have never reached out to anyone for help in the past. My wife is working 50-70 hours per week on her feet as a waitress. We don't have a car and she waits in the cold and dark for the bus. I take a bus to dialysis and walk 1 mile to the center in all kinds of weather. There is surgery available to restore most of my eyesight but I can't get there. We really need to get a car. With it, my wife could drive to work, and get a much better job that is not on the bus route. Please let me tell you about my wife; she broke her foot this summer. She refused the cast and took 3 days off before returning to waiting tables. She is our support as I am on Social Security Disability and that only covers our rent. She works every hour available. She was a business administrator for 20+ yeats but needs to have something to drive in orfer to make a decent living. My real worry is that I won't be arounf much longer and she will not have my SSD anymore. That will leave her homeless, I can't sleep at night because of this. Pleasem any help you can give would be appreciated.
