We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of an incredible human being with a heart of gold. - On March 19, 2021, Danny Morrison passed away from complications due to a rare type of anemia: auto immune hemolytic anemia. Danny was a beloved husband, father, son, cousin, family member and much loved friend to everyone who knew him.
At 40-years-old, Danny leaves behind his wife, Sandra, and three young children: Alexis (9), Travis (3), and Emma (1). Danny loved his wife and children so much. Everything he ever did was always for them. He always had so much patience in his voice – a calm that the children also have to their voices.
When you saw Danny see Sandra, the look in his eyes was always so special and full of love. Everyone who met Danny met the kindest, gentlest man, who truly was a wonderful person. He could make anyone around him feel comfortable with his easy going style and thoughtful demeanor. He was the type of man that would do anything for anyone at anytime in anyplace.
Danny was a humble, gracious, thoughtful and caring man who had the biggest heart & smile. He was always quick to laugh at a joke (even when you didn’t know he was listening – he was always listening). He was always the first to offer help to anyone who needed help with anything (I bet he had to remind you about the project he was helping you with).
We lost a true gentleman. He was a quiet man with a quick wit and an incredible listener who genuinely cared about what people shared with him. Everyone who knew him is feeling the deep loss of a good, kind, and genuine man who went too soon.
For all those who knew and loved Danny, we have set up this GoFundMe page to help Sandra and the children through this very difficult time. An unexpected and shocking loss comes with its own challenges, especially when that loss was one that no one expected to happen to someone so young and so early in their life together.
The outpouring of support and desire to help is very clear. The second thing people say when they find out about Danny’s passing is, ‘How can I help?’ We want to give people an opportunity to help support Sandra and the children through this time and a way to pay your respects.
Danny is missed, always remembered, loved, and always in our hearts. We all cherish the time and the memories we had with Danny and look forward to seeing him on the other side. He’ll figure it all out for us in advance so he can show us the ropes when we get there.
At this time we want to ensure that his beautiful, caring and strong wife, Sandra and three children, Alexis, Travis & Emma are all taken care of and that they can take the time and space needed to process this immense grief and pain that they are experiencing.
