Please help me help my mom who has entered Hospice

This photo of my mother and I was the last one taken before we found out she was stricken with several illnesses. Shortly after, she had to have her thyroid removed, was diagnosed with heart failure, artery stenosis, peripheral artery disease, coronary artery disease, critical limb eschemia where she may have to have her legs amputated, and several other ailments.

She is unable to undergo surgery because it will be fatal for her. In 2019, during a simple procedure, she almost passed away due to the complications of recovering from anesthesia. Her children, grandchildren who adore her, her loving partner of 18 years, and 5 siblings almost lost her that day.
Needless to say, myself, my two siblings, friends, and her family members are terrified but hopeful that with a little bit of help, we can provide her with at least a little better quality of life. She is unable to walk and is bound to a wheelchair and has much difficulty leaving her home. We'd like to make some changes around the home in order to help her get around the house much easier as it is very difficult for her. She loves art so I would love to set up a small art studio for her as well as an electric scooter if we can afford it.
I left my work to live with her and take care of her full time. She was admitted to Hospice in late 2019 where she is fortunate enough to have medication provided to help with her extreme and unbearable  pain throughout  her entire body but she still feels a lot of constant pain on a daily basis.
To see my mother endure all of this is extremely heartbreaking as she is one of the most selfless, kindest, funny, and positive women I know. I have never met another human being that has not adored her. She rarely complains of anything so when she does, I know she is suffering unbearably.
She has been a wonderful mother and grandmother despite everything she is experiencing so we would like to do something incredible for her and that is to make her life a little easier as well as give her something to look forward to everyday.
We don't know how much time we have left with her so we want to make her remaining time with us as beautiful as possible; just like her soul. She is our everything and to see her suffer like this is heart wrenching. To have people open their hearts to this wonderful, angel of a woman would be an incredible blessing. Thank you so much ahead of time and there will be no amount of words available to express our gratitude for you all. Any little bit will help and appreciated and to see her enjoy something again, will be so incredible.  She deserves the best life possible. Again, thank you so much.
