please help me get a car and prepare for twins

Hi my name is Madison I am a 26 year old white female who is going through more than a tough time right now not counting all my medical problems but I finally got a job that I can save money to start paying off my medical bills i also just found out i am pregnant and have no way to get baby things all I am asking for is a little help to get a car to be able to get to work so I can start paying off my medical bills, rent , light bill and phons and all the orher billa i have pilled up by myself instead of begging people to help me this is not something I do often but I have no other choice but todo this my husband is currently incarcerated for the next 4 year so i am own my own doing all of this on my own so I'm asking please out of the kindness of your heart too please make a small donation it can be 5 10 a dollar anything to help me get a car so I can start bettering my life I've already got the job I just need a way to get iv currently been walking 3miles there to work  and 3 miles home just so im able to work there then I will be able to start paying off my bills on my own another thing I have been sober and clean for going on three years now God has blessed me with a new life and a new beginning and I'm taking this opportunity and chance to show other people that there are other things in life then being a slave to the world of addiction God has blessed me with a new life and the new beginning and I'm taking this opportunity and chance to show other people that you don't only have to be stuck in a miserable life there is another way you can get out of what seems like a never ending life and I'm living proof you can I will never ever go back to the life I was living from here I will only go forward I will never look back so please look deep into your heart and make a small donation for me so I can get a vehicle I so desperately need to make it to my job then back and to be able to pay off my bills and my rent my phone bill and all other bills I am asking from the heart I don't think some of you realize how bad I need this but I am literally literally begging for help but I will stay positive and I know God has my back thank you for reading my situation and I hope that my situation continues to be positive through the grace of God thank you every one from the bottom of my heart that has donated that plans to donated and even if you can't donate please just say a prayer for me thank you so much for everyone that has donated plan to and prayed for me you don't know how much you mean to me
