help my heart

dear friends sometimes in life you have to ask for help. even though our family has always worked for evetything sometimes it's just not enough. due to nicks illness , his hospital being in florida and recent changes in our health coverage we are asking our friends and family to consider any donation to nicks help my heart fund. it will go completely towards his doctor and hospital and the cost of traveling back and forth . we know times are tight and completely understand if this is not possible we ask that you keep nick and our family in your prayers and thanks your friendship is priceless.
