The Queen's Knee! (ahem. Surgery.)

Hi friends! Queenie is my dignified older lady fur friend. She has a completely ruptured ligament in her knee, and needs surgery to repair it. It's crazy expensive because, I've been told, knees are complicated, and bionic knees are a specialty! Her favorite thing in the world is playing fetch with a nasty-gummy stuffed squirrel- unfortunately that's not allowed until her knee is fixed and she is recovered. Life is hard!

After surgery comes rehab and even more pain medication. It's going to be a long several months, but we'll get through it because love wins!
