Help me finish my book

Last month I got a book deal with Chicago Review Press for my memoir "Black Prince: A Father-Daughter Story in Black and White." My book, slated to come out November 2023, is about taking care of my dying, absent father with substance use disorder when I was 24, our complex relationship, and growing up mixed race in a white family. Getting this book published is a dream come true.
CRP is an independent publisher, so I don't have to pay to publish, but I have to find time to finish the book, which is hard to do while working. The first draft of my book is due December 1st, and the second draft is due in February. I'm planning to use any money I receive to help me take a little time off to finish.
Getting published as a woman of color is difficult, and I am proud of myself for making it this far. However, I continue to face barriers that many of my white contemporaries don't. It is with humility that I ask for assistance with this life-changing work. All contributors will be mentioned in my acknowledgments (unless you don't want to be).
