The Funding of My Rugby Dream

This page is dedicated to raising funds to help me continue to pursue my wheelchair rugby dreams. In 2007 I was in a motorcycle accident, which left me a quadraplegic. As you can imagine this drastically changed my life without warning. As soon as I was able, I began physical therapy to help me on my path of recovery. One day my therapist handed me a movie(Murderball)and told me to watch it. That movie was the beginning of my love for the sport. In 2009, I contacted Alice, the Adaptive Sports & Recreation Program Manager at Brooks, she invited me to come see the world of rugby and give it a try. Needless to say, I tried it and have never looked back. Rugby helped me feel "normal" again and to this day continues to build my confidence and leadership skills. I have made a lot of progress in the game of rugby in the last 3 years. One of my biggest achievements is being invited to tryout for the USA developmental rugby team, Team Force in 2011 and 2013. My ultimate goal is to represent our country by playing for the USA Paralympic team. I am asking for your help in achieving this goal. Your donation will help fund my training camps, tournaments(US and International), rugby equipment(i.e gloves, tape, uniforms, etc.)and travel expenses. Any amount you can give will help me reach my goals. If you need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support. GO USA!!
