Help my mom's insulin fund

My mom.. Janet Endicott.. is coming up on her donut hole in her insurance where her insulin is going to jump from 45 a month to 300 a month. She is struggling now and could use help 
Thank you so much. Besides diabetes she has arthritis, congestive heart failure and is now having problems with swelling in her feet. Any help is very much appreciated.  Love to all who donate
