help for lupus treatment

i have been fighting a life long battle with lupus and fibromyalgia and aplastic anemia and although i have wonderful insurance and with changes made I now have to pay my catastrophic illness deductible  for 2014 up front .. I have been paying 9000.00 out of pocket for my treatment and after paying nearly 60,000 i need another treatment for this year and I can no longer make monthly payments like before I am fighting not only for me but for my children my family ... Every day is a battle and at the end of the day I thank god for giving me the strength and always look forward to tomarrow .. any help will be appreciated ... i am a fighter and with god on my side i know i will continue to fight .. thank you and god bless you
