Baby Leo

Hi, my name is Leo. I was found at Hillcrest Park on Saturday, November 16 by a family friend. My new family took me in and gave me a warm place to lay and be safe, out from the cold.  Shortly after being rescued they noticed some crackling in my chest and booked me a vet appointment. They ran some tests, I am anemic, plus have a fever and an infection somewhere in my body and am now on medication. I also have a hole in my diaphragm, that could be congenital or caused from trauma. The vet told my family I’ll need surgery when I gain some weight and am a little stronger to fix this. I will be going for a check up to see how I’m doing in a few weeks. I am a little fighter with a lot of love in my heart. The money raised will go towards the corrective surgery for my diaphragm and any extra vet bills.
