Scott Kilbourne Family Fund

Scott was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension three years ago. In the last 8 months, things have gotten progressively worse. Scott now requires a double lung transplant. He was transferred to the Cleveland Clinic, where he is required to remain until his transplant. A family member must be with him at all times, which is placing a large financial burden on the family. Not only will his parents need to pay for nightly hotels for the next month minimum, they will also need to pay for food and travel expenses. His parents, Ken and Gale Kilbourne need to continue working during this time, so they will be traveling back and forth from Columbus to Cleveland several times a week. The doctors have said that Scott will need to remain in Cleveland for atleast an additional month, post-transplant, which will only add to the expense. Any amount of money to help offset these expenses would be greatly appreciated.
