Pre-Medical College Tuition for Marcella

My name is Marcy. I am from a town called Mirandola, Italy but I have been residing in Cedar Park (Austin), Texas since 2012 with a host family. I came to the US as an exchange student and I love it here. My hometown suffered Italy's worst earthquake in a 500 year history, even our high school was destroyed and I was so lucky that I was able to find a family in Texas that took me in right after the earthquake. The town and my family suffered many costs as there was very little to no government assistance for our damages.
When I came here, I soon realized that I wanted to make a life here as the scholastic and career opportunities are vast. This is a much different picture than in Italy where I do not see a bright future for myself. I fully intend to become a US citizen and make a life here and help my new local community of Austin, Texas.
I feel like an American. Unfortunately, on paper, I am still a foreigner which means that local universities like University of Texas charge 3 times more tuition for me. My dream is to become a Psychiatrist which requires a 4 year degree and Medical School.
I would love to attend a major University in order to prepare for Medical School. I do not qualify for pell grants or scholarships as a foreigner in any of the State Universities here in Texas and I do not qualify for many student loans either due to foreign status. I want to contribute to my parental efforts of paying for me to be here in the US but my visa does not allow me to work at this time. I will be permitted to work a few hours a week, in college (on campus only), if I am able to find a job where an international student will be allowed to be employed.
Of course, now my problem is that my two years of American high school is not enough to get into college in Italy yet so I cannot go there or here! Maybe after two years of college here they will accept me there but I want to stay here if I can. This is where my life is now :)
I am a National Honor Society Member and my GPA is 4.0 on a 4.0 scale. I plan on attending a major University if I get enough funds to do so, if not, I will attend Austin Community College with a major of pre-med to help lower my tuition costs for the first two years. I am fortunate that my host family will continue to allow me to live at their home with no cost, so that I can save on housing. My parents have made every sacrifice they can to help me here but it is very difficult for them too.
I would really appreciate any help that I can get out there. I really want to become a strong member of the American Society as a doctor and I will work hard to make my dream come true.
