Connor's New Cochlear

Help Connor Hear I was born a healthy little baby boy. At 5 months old I suddenly got sick. The light bothered me and I had a bunch of seizures. I was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis.  I had multiple strokes and kidney failure. I almost didn't make it. But I am a fighter! And I always try and smile and be positive. Because of the meningitis, I completely lost my hearing.  When I was 11 months old I had surgery to get my first implant and had surgery at 8 years old to get my second implant.  So I could hear better.  Now I am 15 years old and I need new hearing upgrades again.  They are going to be so much better!  They are smaller and more streamline and also android compatible, it will make it easier for me to hear at school.  They'll give me more independence.  But new hearing upgrades are not cheap- they will cost $10,000.  That my family has to pay over and above what is covered by government. I can get my upgrade at the end of November!
