A Chair For William

William was born in November 2010. He was diagnosed as having brain development problems at his 20 week scan. Following further scans and MRI's they identified the following problems with William's brain; Agenesis of the corpus callosum, dandy walker variant and lissencephaly. His Mum and Dad, Helen and Steve, have had to purchase a lot of extra equipment to help William. Special needs equipment is very expensive, for example, a pushchair quote came in at around £3,500. And a growing boy needs new equipment regularly!
I have decided to walk from my house to their house (with Sam's support!) - at a distance of around 35 miles. Those of you who know me will know how this is not going to be an easy challenge.
All the money raised will go towards helping William to get the equipment he needs, possibly helping to buy him a new chair.
