To Family, Friends, and Community,

My name is Andria Nikoupolis Weliky, I am a twenty- two year resident of Door County. I have been teaching children and adult dance and fitness classes for nineteen of those years while raising my two children, Nathan and Arianna. Now that my nest is almost empty, I feel it is time to fulfill my life-long dream of owning my own dance and fitness studio! Although I have been teaching dance for nineteen years, I have been dancing since I was two years old! With the support of my single mother and the financial backing of my now deceased grandparents, I would not be where I am today if it was not for this solid foundation.
I have taught at various places throughout Door and Brown counties respectively, such as Peninsula Preschool, The Music and Arts School, the YWCA in Green Bay and currently the Northern Door Y. I have also hosted a Mediterranean themed dance event at a local restaurant for ten years and choreographed many high school and local theater projects.
It is my passion to share the gift of dance to create an outlet that embraces movement for all ages. Movement is important for our well-being by building social connections, healthy lifestyles, self esteem and confidence. From pre-schooler to senior citizen, movement keeps us "on our toes!"
I am asking for your generous financial support through Go Fund Me a fundraising
website to help with my start up costs. I am looking to raise $25,000 this will allow me to put down a sprung dance floor, bars, and mirrors and other related start-up costs.
