Sara Needs Your Help!
Recently, Sara was able to take a few days for a brief ski trip. Everything was great until the last run on the last day when she had an awful ski accident where her left ski did NOT detach. This caused her to wreck her knee in multiple ways.
An orthopedic specialist diagnosed that her ACL, MCL, and Meniscus were all completely torn, requiring immediate surgery that was conducted on Friday, 3-2-18. She is still in a tremendous amount of pain, and the doctor directed her to take a minimum of 6-8 weeks recovering with no work along with intense physical therapy.
As most of you know, she is also attempting to make a difference in the world by becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to help children with autism achieve their success in their lives. Regaining her ability to move and run around after her client’s needs to be her sole focus right now.
Unfortunately the medical bills and lack of income are becoming a huge monetary stress that is impacting her recovery.
