Help Shelby & Jack fix car!

Hi my name is Shelby, I am 32 years old, and have Stage 4 cancer. I have been fighting for 2 1/2 years this March. It has been a struggle to say the least. I have been out of work since my treatment started in February 2013. My husband and I have been struggling financially as he has been out of work as well. He also has health issues that prevent him from working. The vehicle that we drive now is extremely run down and unsafe to drive to and from the Moffitt Center in Tampa, FL. Thanks to the help from family members we have been able to get there and back, but it is too great of a burden as they struggle financially as well.
