Returning To Wales/Summer Long

Hi Friends, Family, Loved ones!

I am a student at Grand Canyon University and I am elated to share with you that I am going to WALES ENGLAND FOR 10 DAYS!

In a matter of moments, I was accepted to join the outreach team at GCU to minister in England. It was a trip that was already planned out last semester, with funds in, student interviews accounted for, limited spots spoken for, yet some how I was privileged with the opportunity to jump on board last minute. After listening to the little voice in my head saying “GO!” Don’t think!” “Just follow”! It is now done.

The only thing is, I have 3,000 to raise by April 5th, which includes my flight to Phoenix and back from California. 1,000 of that must be raised by March 4^th. Altogether 3,000 by April 5^th needs to be to the school. Where there is a will, there is a way!

While in the UK, our main mission is to assist Highfields church in Wales and their various church plants. In addition, we will be helping out with a number of services and projects at the East School of Theology. After about 7 days there, we will travel to spend an educational day at Cambridge. For the last part of the trip, we will travel back to London where we will meet up with a GCU alumnus, Jacqueline Stamper, who has been interning with Acts 29, a network of churches there in London. While back in London, we will most likely be working with the homeless, but we have open minds and are willing to serve in any way they need us!

Support for me doesn’t just come in dollar bills. Although this trip is not free, I would happily receive any words of encouragement, character building, prayer, a verse, and anything else you feel drawn to pass over to me. I want my heart and mind to be in the right place for this trip and prayer for the team involved.
