Hello my name is David Patterson, my story starts at age 15 when I was diagnosed with waegners. It's a disease that attacks your lungs, sinus, and in My case my kidneys. Which wiped out all the filters inside that clean your blood. I was on the road to getting a new kidney until my wreck in 2017 leading to my annurism, and brain surgery, that the doctors said I wouldn't survive. Not only did I survive but I fully recovered including learning to walk and use my arm/hand again. Now god has blessed me with a woman who is a perfect living donor match and I will be receiving her left kidney in November. The out of pocket cost for the surgery is about $5000.00, so every donation is extremely important to me.
