Help Mum & Dad

Hi everyone, On Tuesday morning our parents Peter and Jennise lost their home in Verona, during the fires that ravaged the south coast. They are currently set up at the Bega show grounds with their small pets, but have lost everything including two of their pet cats that, hid during their escape, at the property. Assessment of their livestock and horses is yet to be done with fences and boundaries destroyed also. Unfortunately mum and dad had hit hard times just before the fires, as mum suffers from chronic illness and dad 62, had an unfortunate fall at work, breaking his ribs and leaving him to limited duties. Despite this, Dad is still out assisting with traffic control between Cobargo and Bermagui in the aftermath of the fires. Due to the fires that still continue, the rest of our family is currently unable to get across the mountains to assist them in person or bring them supplies. We are asking for donations to help them in the meantime so they might be able to sort out accommodation, clothes, pet food, even as little as the basic essentials such as toiletries and groceries. Any change you may be able to spare will not go unappreciated. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected, and we appreciate your generosity during what is a trying time for so many.
