Please help with moms funeral costs

My mom was a truly amazing women, who had an amazing heart. Shes always helping our friends pushing them to graduate high school  and become something amazing. When you felt like no one else cared,  you knew you could come to my mom. Everyone knew she had an open door policy, she was always there to help you. Unfortunately;  my mom Kerry Meyer passed away september 29th. My mom was disabled and unable to work the last few years, she had no life insurance policys or anything to help with funeral costs. So we are asking for any help we can. My mom leaves behind my self and and a 16 year old boy, her grandchildren, her devoted partner and everyones hearts she has touched.
