It is with heavy hearts we ask for your help. Seven months ago our beautiful sister Alicia was diagnosed with Leukemia; the same day that she gave birth to a lovely baby girl. In spite of her determination to beat this disease and live for her daughter, Alicia succumbed to the disease on Friday, September 14, 2018. As you can imagine our family is grieving, but we have one last thing that we must do to honor Alicia’s life and that is to make her final arrangements. We are making arrangements for memorial service, but because her employment ended due to her diagnosis and hospitalization her insurance was canceled. Alicia had a strong and vibrant spirit, and she had a laugh that was contagious. She loved her family and friends, and was so excited to be a mother. She poured all the strength she had into nurturing Ava over the last seven months. If you can find it in your heart, please help us to honor our sister’s life with a memorial service that celebrate the love and joy that she shared with her family and friend, but most of all her baby girl. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, our sincerest gratitude.
