After 20 years, I am a month away from submitting my permanent residency application and I am raising money to cover the immigration costs. Obtaining my residency will provide stability for my U.S. born child and I, allow me to pursue higher education and travel outside of the country and reunite me with my family, some which I have not seen since the age of 7.
