Fernando’s Funeral Expenses

He came in to the ER for stomach pain. When he arrived they told him he had pancreatis and then a couple hours later he started coding. They took him to the ICU for 12 hours and then they took him to the operating room. When they opened him up, they told us he was septic and that his organs were failing. When they took him back to his room, he went into cardiac arrest, they tried to revive him but they couldn’t and he passed away on September 23, 2018.
