Street Children of Calcutta

Hi my name is Simon Murphy, I am in 5th year in Belvedere College and I will be traveling to Calcutta this coming November as volunteer to teach in one of the poorest slums where children live in the most awful conditions on the streets where they live in cardboard shelters and forced into child labour as soon as they can walk to help provide for their families. They get no assistance from anyone. Our annual visits and donations help change this in a small way by teaching them to read and write and providing educational materials. Your donations no matter how small will go 100% towards this registered charity and will without doubt help save these these children from the a life of misery, poor health and certain life long poverty.
