Helping the Garrett family

As many of you know, for several years now, Forrest has battled chronic pancreatitis. While still preaching, serving as a pastor, and directing a community theater, Forrest has suffered debilitating pain and weakness every day, lost over a hundred pounds, and has lived under constant threat of a stroke because of his high blood pressure.

Now Forrest has the opportunity for a surgery that may turn his health around. Doctors at Baylor in will perform a procedure to remove his pancreas and help his body function without it. The doctors believe that this will relieve most of his pain and after a while, allow him to eat and live normally again.

The surgery is bringing great hope to Forrest and his family, but it is also going to present a serious financial hardship. During Forrest's long recovery, his family will need help with traveling and living expenses. Your help is needed to support this amazing family during this difficult but hopeful time.
