Lynn Haven Sports Complex

The Lynn Haven Sports Complex was home to thousands of children and adults throughout the year. The City was in the middle of running the youth baseball, softball, and basketball league; while gearing up to run flag football. Our parks have year round activities that helped kids of all ages stay active. October 10, 2018 is a day that many of us will never forget. The Monday before the storm we had employees tying down everything possible and handing out sand bags. After the storm hit, we lost all communication with our community. As we all came back to see the devastation, we knew it would be awhile before we could restore our athletic programs.

 

Now employees are in positive spirits, but our park still needs some help getting back to some form of normalcy. The City is hosting a FREE youth flag football league as our first league. However, we are in desperate need of all of the other sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, and kickball just to name a few.
