Combat Medic Wounded Vet In Need Of Help

i'm a 11 year active duty army combat medic and also a iraq and afghanistan veteran. i'm getting medboarded and after hip surgery and eye surgery my wife is my caretaker. so we only have one income for my wife and i and 4 kids. we have 1 vehicle a 2008 dodge grand caravan with 150,000 miles. it's all we can afford and it's a must have to get my daughter to school and me to formation everyday plus the 3-4 medical appts weekly. the army can't help me with army emergency relief loan do to my med board status. our vehicle is leaking oil everywhere and estimates just for changing seals and oil change is over $1000. they also found oil in my radiator which means my engine will probably not last much longer. i've done everything to support my family and country and being a medic always helping others it kills me to ask for help. if you could spare a couple bucks my family would be greatly appreciated. thank you and god bless!
