A Boy and his Dog

About a year  and a half ago, I bought a house and decided instead of getting a dog, I wanted to foster and help as many as I could.  I received a 4 yr old foster named DBO on the same day he was to be euthanized.  He was sick, skinny, beat up and scared.  I worked with him long and hard to make him happy and healthy.  Sadly, NOBODY WANTS HIM.  I cannot believe it as he is just as sweet with my son, grandchildren and cat.  His downfall is that he is very dog selective and unfortunately, too many people let their dogs run free in my neighborhood.  He has become part of our family and I have decided WE WANT HIM!!!   I need help building a fence in order to be able to keep him.  Unfortunately if I don't, we wont be able to adopt him and he will be in limbo between fosters.  I want very much for this kind and mistreated soul to have a  forever home to spend the rest of his days and for my son not to lose his companion.  I have received an offer from a fellow foster's family member to put up this fence at a very reduced rate.  Please help!
