Remembering A Beloved Mother

During the early morning hours of September 3rd, tragedy struck as Kathy Stevens was hit and killed in a wrong way head-on collision as she was returning home. Kathy was the mother of 25 year old twins, Bria and Brian Carr. Anyone who met Kathy knew that she was a true lover of life! She was a light, and joy to not only her customers as a faithful United States Postal Service employee at the East Point branch, but also to her friends, family and especially her kids.

During such an incredibly tragic time, we are asking for financial support to not only prepare for Kathy’s funeral but also to help lighten the load of Bria and Brian as they now have to figure out the logistics of life without their mother. Our goal is to help make this as seamless as possible for Bria and Brian. We greatly appreciate all assistance, prayers and words of support during this challenging time. Kathy will be missed immensely and we thank you for helping us lay her to rest peacefully.
