Hi all, my name is Emily Roberts and I am 17 years old. A couple of days ago my grandma passed away after two months of battling Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease. I want to raise money for the CJD Foundation: a foundation that promotes awareness for the disease, supports those it affects, and is working toward a cure.
