Please help my dog

Our dog shadow needs surgery on his leg to repair his knee. He saw a vet that recommended he go to Washington State University to have the TPLO done. The amount we are asking for will cover the surgery, travel expenses and motel and meals for the 3 days we will have to be in Pullman, Wa. We need your help...Shadow needs your help. He is my service/companion dog as i am a gulf war veteran. Shadow is my everything...please help us help him.
