Help for my son

Tuesday, September 3, 2013:.a day that started out just like
any other day for Danny Hudson and his younger brother, Jack. Danny has been doing trees for 20 years but
this day, something went tragically wrong for the brothers. They were both electrocuted while working on
a tree at a remote site in Malabar, FL.
They were almost done:. doing the last limb, when a power line sucked
Danny into it. He actually ended up
sitting on the live wire for 30-40 seconds.
Jack, on the ground, could see the electricity going back and forth on
his brother and shaking him like a rag doll.
Even though he knew it would be deadly, he ran up the ladder to try to
help his brother. He got half way up the
32 foot ladder when the electricity got him as well. He finally managed to loosen his grasp on the
ladder and was thrown to the ground where he jumped up and called for help. It is a miracle that they both survived. Danny was airlifted to a burn unit in Orlando
and Jack was taken to Holmes Regional.
Jack has recovered from most of his injuries but the road for Danny has
been a lot harder. He has had 7
surgeries. He had what, if all goes
well, will be his last surgery on November 20th. He still cannot walk and will need a lot of
physical therapy. He just got medical
insurance which kicked in on Jan 1st but now has found out that he
has a very high deductible to pay before the insurance will pay for anything at
all. That means the physical therapy
that he needs in order to walk again will not happen without help. We are so thankful the
church and local community have been so generous. He has over $100,000.00 in medical bills
already and his income stopped the day of the accident. Danny is so close to being on his feet again
and just needs some help for the physical therapy and basic expenses until he
gets back to work. He has a wife (Elizabeth)
and 15 year old son (Danny).
I know that times are hard. Please know that every donation of any size is appreciated and will make a difference. Prayers are more powerful than any money so would you consider praying for Danny, Elizabeth, and Danny Jr?
Thanks and may God bless you.
