Frank (SHABBA) Gresham

Dear Friends, First and foremost, the family appreciates every kind word, prayer and gift given during this very difficult time. We are facing the end of Franks journey here on earth. The doctors have given us news that he is septic with no immune system and is now chemo resistant. He can take no further treatment and the family has decided not to prolong his pain. This account is to help Janet during this very difficult time with funeral costs, food, medical bills and other expenses that will be placed on her and her girls. The family is confident in knowing Frank is in the hands of Jesus. A little back story for those who do not know Frank, I wish you could have met him. To describe Frank would take a dictionary of made up words he used daily. Frank found the Lord at thirty years old and went into full time ministry twenty-seven years ago. He has walked a wooden cross from Joplin to St Louis Missouri, visited over thirty countries and loved people. Frank was synonymous with laughter. He was joyous throughout his life, sleeping in tents, mud huts and Even after being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Frank fought fiercely through a stem cell transplant, a t-cell transplant and lost his immune system more than once all with a smile on his face. He praised God when his cancer was at its best and at its worst. As we near the end of Franks life we remember him for who he is, a joyful, hippie, biker preacher. “Jesus needs to get ready, Franks going to talk His ear off” -Janet Gresham. “You have run the race, you have kept your eye on me, you will be renewed and restored, and you will feel my presence”
