Please help us in supporting the Budlong family, Casey, Katy, and their son Christopher. Casey, a long-time wildland firefighter for the US Forest Service, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor which the doctors presume to be malignant. He is scheduled for surgery on September 6th to obtain more information on his prognosis. Funds raised will be used to eliminate the burden of medical costs and help the family with travel expenses from La Grande to OHSU, along with covering everyday costs as both Casey and Katy are out of work. The family would like everyone to know that if the tumor is indeed malignant, they will approach it with positivity, love, and laughter, and will get through it with the support of their family and friends. Casey’s always been the first to lend a helping hand, now it’s time to return the favor.
