Help us fix Steven's heart

We need your help to take our son to Boston Children's Hospital to have his heart repaired.
"A baby boy!" I exclaimed when mommy gave me the surprise on my birthday. I don't think I have ever felt this elated in my life to have a rambunctious little monkey to mess with his sisters and mommy, a perfect "partner in crime".
On the day of the anatomy scan we found out that our son had Transposition of the Great Arteries, a rare congenital disease in which the two main arteries coming out of the heart are "switched" during the formation of the organ. This current configuration is incompatible with life and he must have open chest surgery in order to put those arteries where they normally be.
As we continued to monitor his development and disease in the womb, Doctors also noticed that his heart has a hole in the wall that divides the ventricles (Yikes!) this condition is called a VSD and it also needs to be repaired. In Atlanta, the surgeons we interviewed for the procedure didn't sound as confident to take on this task and talked about the possibility of leaving his heart with a single ventricle; you see, the normal heart has two ventricles and not being able to close that hole means future surgeries that just buy him time to get a new heart and also means developmental limitations for him.
I went online and found out about Boston Children's Hospital and their Pediatric Cardiology Team. They said they could repair his heart and make it work as normal as it can be! The only thing is that we will have to move to Boston from Atlanta for a couple of months for mommy to deliver our baby there, it's expensive and baby will need special monitoring while there for about 4-6 weeks. Mommy and I cannot afford such expenses and that's where your contribution comes in handy.
