6yr old Landyn's mom Dreu will forever be his hero

Our family experienced a tragic and unexpected loss. Twenty seven year old Dreu Davis and her 6 year old son Landyn were on their way to Target when a blue Chevy Tahoe, that was speeding to make a light, struck them both. Per witnesses, before the truck hit them, Dreu threw Landyn out of the way to save his life, while ultimately sacrificing her own. The driver that hit them had no license or insurance. She continued driving and had to be chased down by first responders on the scene. Sadly, Dreu passed away later that evening. Following her her passing, she was able to achieve her personal goal of helping others. She was a donor and saved 4 other lives.

While we are thankful to God that Landyn survived this tragic incident, we are beyond devastated and completely heartbroken that Dreu lost her life. Not only did Landyn lose his mom, he lost his bestfriend. We are asking for help, love, and support during this incredibly hard time. We are asking for financial help for Landyn’s medical bills, therapy, and future. Landyn will need physical therapy, as his back is injured. He lost his front four adult teeth and has road rash. This money would allow our family to get Landyn the help and support he needs. We are also asking for your help in bringing awareness to this situation. The driver that killed Dreu is still free. We are seeking JUSTICE for Dreu and Landyn.
