Please help my family save our home

I am a single hard working mother of 2 kids. We have rented and lived in our home for what would be 10 years in October. For the last 5 years I have lived here with my children as a single mother. Their father and I separated and went through a very hard divorce process that left me picking up alot of broken pieces both emotionally for my kids and physically with a mountain of unpaid bills and a house to pay for on a bartender's income. I fought and persevered for 5 years by working 3 jobs at times all while being a single mother with no support from their father. Now my landlord has decided to sell the home I have raised my kids in and fought so hard to keep. They are being very fair with the price and offering me to buy the home first, but they are also giving me a month to have all the funds or find a new place to live. I just started my job at the end of November, I am finally home in a job that nurtures me and with a work family that is supportive, but for a home loan I have to show 2 years of employment at one job. I am approved for a loan and my credit score is much better than I thought and I am so very proud of how far I have come, I just do not have enough cash for the downpayment for my home. I am asking for help, which is something I have never been good at, I always want to show my children that even when the odds are stacked so high against you that you keep fighting and you do not give up. I promised my children that I would do everything in my power to keep them in their home, and this is the next step. My daughter told me that I am not good at asking for help and that was when I realized that what I was thinking was showing my kids strength, was actually just holding us back (she is a very wise one!)
