We are a self funded animal sanctuary in need of help. So far we have personally (my partner and myself) covered all costs.
On our land we have capacity to take on more animals, but we are in need of help to improve facilities. At The Avenue Animal Sanctuary, we predominantly take on ex farm animals, including some relinquished from the drought in NSW.
We have been asked to take in a number of cows and horses from the dairy and racing industry. These animals are no longer capable of “serving their purpose” and so they are in need of a loving place to live out their lives.
We greatly appreciate any and all help.
