Help Me Save Harpers Eyes Please!

I adopted Harper about 3 months ago when she was 1 year old. A month ago I began noticing one of her pupils was much larger than the other. I took her to 2 separate vet hospitals, both whom told me it was mostlikely nothing serious but to keep a close watch on it. Unfortunately this morning I wokeup to Harper having one eye completely grey and closed shut, and she was clearly in a large amount of pain. I took her to the ER and they diagnosed her with late-stage glaucoma. They are almost certain she will lose one eye, but it is too early to tell if the glaucoma will spread to the other. Glaucoma is one of the most expensive canine diseases to treat, and unfortunately as a graduate student, I do not currenty have the funds to deal with the procedures and medications necessary for Harper to live a happy life. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
