Bring my smile back:)

I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in April 2003, 6 days before my 21st birthday. The initial surgery to remove the tumor was successful but the doctors also recommended radiation. I had radiation seeds implanted into my tongue in June 2003 and received 105 continuous hours of radiation. The high dose of radiation kept the cancer away but also has caused me other problems. In December of 2009, I had 8cm of my lower left jawbone removed, bc the radiation killed the bone, and replaced it with a piece of bone from my leg, which left me missing most of my bottom teeth. I have to have a specially made prosthetic dental implant that insurance won't cover. It's been 4 years since the teeth were removed and not being able to have the teeth put back in is affecting my other teeth and face shape. My doctors did a great job on the surgery and maintaining my jawline and I would really like to complete the process and be able to smile, really smile again. My smile has always been what people notice about me, I was always told I look like Julia Roberts when I smile bc it lit up my whole face but I don't smile like that anymore and I don't let people take my picture BUT with your help I can flash my Julia Roberts smile again! I am so grateful to be healthy and cancer free and this is the last step to complete my 11 year journey and finally be a complete person again. THANK YOU!!
