Get The Boys A Lift

This year, myself and others will be taking part in various events including the Preseli Beast Bach and the Cardiff Half marathon. I have decided to fundraise for Get The Boys A Lift, a remarkable non-profitable organisation who work to improve mental health in Pembrokeshire.  I wish to raise awareness of mental health within men, young and old as it has the power to effect anyone at any time. Myself and the whole family have been left devastated by the recent loss of a unique, loving and caring brother, son, grandson, nephew and dad to a beautiful daughter, as well as being a friend to many. Mental health is now becoming more increasingly spoken about but still more awareness needs to be made to ensure that each and every individual who battles with mental health gets the help and support that they so desperately need. Talking is the way forward. Any donations no matter how little will be so gratefully received.
