Sam's Wheelchair and Medical Expenses

Let's all come together and help one of the most selfless and courageous women we all know and love. By now most of you know about the devastating car accident that changed Sam's life forever. She is trying to get used to her new life without her foot and on top of all of that, Aetna is denying her claims and won't even help her get the wheelchair that she so desperately needs to help her become mobile again. She is a single mom of 3 boys and could really use our help. The cost of the wheelchair is $2700 and her maximum out of pocket for her insurance next year is $11000 (which of course she has met already this year). She is having a hard time right now, and although it is right after the holidays, I am hoping that you could please donate any amount to Sam and her family. My first goal is to raise enough for the wheelchair and anything over that will go towards her 2014 out of pocket expense.
