Baltimore Area Animals In Need
Donation protected
I'm a Baltimore County Animal Control volunteer, I work closely with many local rescues and I have a houseful of foster animals. I've asked for help in the past and many of you have generously provided the funds to help animals in need. I don't like having to do this but once again I'm looking for help for some specific cases.
There's currently a sick pit bull at Baltimore County Animal Control that I would like to get out tomorrow. I have a rescue that can help me get her out of the shelter but they cannot provide any financial support. The volunteers that were at the shelter today stated that she's in urgent need of vet care. I would like to get her the treatment that she needs and make boarding arrangements until a foster/adopter is found.
Additionally, I have a number of foster cats that are currently in my care. Many of my fosters came to me through rescue organizations who were able to provide some financial support. However, I'm caring for a number of new cats who were found by my students in West Baltimore. My students brought them to me because they were injured or malnourished and they were concerned for their well being. These cats need to be vetted and spayed/neutered before they can be available for adoption.
Any donation you can give would be greatly appreciated.
