Connor Williams Memorial Scholarship

Tax deductible
Connor Williams, the son of Patrick J. Williams, lost his mother to breast cancer prior to his own untimely death on December 30, 2012. He was 11 years old. An avid skiier and a model student, Connor dreamed of someday attending a top flight University and studying engineering.

He'll be remembered as a bright young man who loved to ski, and root for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Connor loved his sister, Kathleen, and she him. They were best friends. He was also his father's best friend and a remarkable boy who could hold adult conversations since the age of four. He had a deep interest in History and together, the family enjoyed exploring Gettysburg, Pa. Connor was a member of The Presbyterian Church at Coshocton, and had a tremendous Faith in spite of the rocky road that was placed before him.

This Memorial Scholarship Fund is being created to perpetuate the memory of an amazing young man. The intent of the scholarship is that it be awarded annually to a New Philadelphia City Schools graduate with a desire to study engineering at a University or College of his or her choice.
