Stage 4 Breast and Bone Cancer

I was Diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast and Bone Cancer recently. I have had 2 Breast surgeries and currently having Radiation treatments Monday through Friday on my hips for a month minimum so far. After this I have to do Hormone Blocker Infusions through a port (hormones caused the Cancer). Then a Hysterectomy followed by possible Chemo.  I am unable to work through some of these treatments which is putting a hardship on what my paycheck would usually cover. I worry about will I have the gas for my 45 minute drive one way? Will I be able to go grocery shopping? Will I be able to pay my electric? Can I afford to keep my phone for Doctors and nurses to call me? These are things I could do when I was working. Any help through this would be "So" greatly appreciated beyond belief.
