My medical nightmare

Hey guys,
Thank you all for taking a moment to read this. As many of you know by now, I had a severe stroke last May. (They said it was a miracle that I survived it)
Since then it has been a roller coaster of events.
I got hospitalized on May 8, after 3 days I started developing new synthoms and therefore the doctors transfered me to ICU, where I stayed for 3 weeks. They performed an emergency brain surgery to help me, which resulted . in a temporary paralisys of my whole left side of my body.
When I got strong enough, I got transfered to a reahb institute, where I have been working hard everyday to get better. Even though my progress is steady and I recovered most of my mobility, I am still very far from being completely healed. I still cannot really walk and my speech is not too good either. And I just learned that this might be the last week of hospitalization/therapy that will be covered by my insurance company. I can't go home now, I can't even walk or - let alone - climb stairs (there are no elevators where I live). I need to do more therapy.
Please help me me guys, I really need it. Whatever you can give me will do.
With love, Daniele.
